Information about the Rights Issue and Warrants 2022
Hynion’s Rights Issue took place in November 2022 and gave the right to subscribe for (“Units”) where each Unit consisted of (i) three new shares in the Company, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005 (the "New Shares"), at a subscription price of NOK 0.70 per share, i.e. NOK 2.10 for all three shares, and (ii) a warrant (the "Warrant") which gives the right to subscribe for one share in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 0.75 in the period beginning on May 1, 2023 and ending on May 12, 2023. The Warrants will be tradable at Euronext Growth.
